Board of Directors

The Board of Directors are all volunteers from diversified industries and backgrounds, ensuring that all required expertise are available around the board table.

Executive Directors

The Executive Director role is split into two:
1) Administrative Director: overlooking the Finance, Human Resources, Maintenance, and Housekeeping Functions.
2) Medical Director: who is an MD that specializes in overlooking the Clinics, the Residents medical conditions, and the medical training of the caregivers.

Committees

The Committees consist of non-executive board members, executive management and employees, to ensure smooth transition from strategy to execution.

PR & Fundraising

Fundraising activities and special events to promote the values of the CGS and enhance the concept of elderly care homes.

Maintenance

Planning, organizing and controlling all maintenance-related activities. Upkeep of physical assets to ensure they remain effective, safe and cost efficient.

Medical

Monitoring of the quality of elderly care, maintaining standards, and representing the interests of the medical team.

Financial

Strategic planning and monitoring of expenses and financial resources to maintain sustainable financial health for the CGS and ensure compliance with all legal and financial requirements.

Human Resources

Responsible for recruitment, hiring, training and managing paid staff and volunteers. Activities include a monthly competition for the best employee based on set evaluation criteria and semi-annual trips for employees and their families.

Hospitality

Creating a supportive environment, through various activities, services, and social interactions. Monitoring the food and beverage operations, dietary needs, housekeeping, and hygiene.
